Disaster of the day
Before the main electric switch was off, the lights were on. I was so 'smart', tried to switch off the switch and i was shocked. The water was leaking from the ceiling and the switch was covered by water. That's why. I just took a picture, because i went to help and clean up.
Next post : 1 day trip in Singapore. I will use my dslr to take tonnes of pictures and will upload it ASAP. Stay tune! :)

HMM !!!
So, guess what is in my mind now? I am pondering which Universities would be a better choice for degree. Lancaster University, Victoria University or Monash University. Marketing is the subject that i wanted to major, but unfortunately, Lancaster-U only offers Business Studies, Management degrees. There are more options of course, but marketing is not available in Lancaster-U. Victoria University, a university from Australia which offers Marketing degree, but there are several negative comments reported about the course.(No offence). So, i am hesitating..... What about Monash? I have not made any decisions yet. More information needed regarding the courses offered by Monash. Anyway, i will ask for more information if necessary.
Questions :
1) Which course should i choose? Business studies or Marketing?
2) If Monash offers Marketing course, should i transfer to Monash?
3) If other Universities(Taylors,Inti,Curtin) offer Marketing course, should i transfer too?

What To Eat To Gain Weight
Increasing your intake of junk foods and greasy foods is not a good way to gain weight. Junk foods usually contain unhealthy trans fats or saturated fats. Even though you need to increase your calorie consumption to gain weight, those calories should come from foods that are good for you.Healthy fats include omega-3 essential fatty acids sources like tuna, salmon, flax, and walnuts. Good sources of protein include lean meats, fish, poultry, nuts, seeds and legumes. Healthy carbohydrate sources include fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
It may be easier to eat five or six smaller balanced meals per day rather than eating three large meals, especially if you are not used to eating much at one sitting.
Protein powders and nutritional supplement drinks can be added as in-between meal snacks if you still need more calories. Some protein powders are flavored and only need added water and some others can be blended with your choice of juice or milk to improve the taste.
It would also be a healthy idea to add a small amount of flax seed oil and some psyllium powder to add some omega-3 essential fatty acids and extra fiber.

Convince yourself that you do have a good memory that will improve. Too many people get stuck here and convince themselves that their memory is bad, that they are just not good with names, that numbers just slip out of their minds for some reason. Erase those thoughts and vow to improve your memory. Commit yourself to the task and bask in your achievements -- it's hard to keep motivated if you beat yourself down every time you make a little bit of progress.
Exercise your brain. Regularly "exercising" the brain keeps it growing and spurs the development of new nerve connections that can help improve memory. By developing new mental skills -- especially complex ones such as learning a new language or learning to play a new musical instrument -- and challenging your brain with puzzles and games, you can keep your brain active and improve its physiological functioning. Try some fun puzzle exercises everyday such as crosswords, Sudoku, and other games which are easy enough to download into your mobile phone and which you can practice on for several minutes per day.
Exercise daily. Regular aerobic exercise improves circulation and efficiency throughout the body -- including the brain -- and can help ward off the memory loss that comes with aging. Exercise also makes you more alert and relaxed, and can thereby improve your memory uptake, allowing you to take better mental "pictures".
Create vivid, memorable images. You remember information more easily if you can visualize it. If you want to associate a child with a book, try not to visualize the child reading the book -- that's too simple and forgettable. Instead, come up with something more jarring, something that sticks, like the book chasing the child, or the child eating the book. It's your mind -– make the images as shocking and emotional as possible to keep the associations strong.
Repeat things you need to learn. The more times you hear, see, or think about something, the more surely you’ll remember it, right? It’s a no-brainer. When you want to remember something, be it your new coworker’s name or your best friend's birthday, repeat it, either out loud or silently. Try writing it down; think about it.
Organize your life. Keep items that you frequently need, such as keys and eyeglasses, in the same place every time. Use an electronic organizer or daily planner to keep track of appointments, due dates for bills, and other tasks. Keep phone numbers and addresses in an address book or enter them into your computer or cell phone. Improved organization can help free up your powers of concentration so that you can remember less routine things. Even if being organized doesn’t improve your memory, you’ll receive a lot of the same benefits (i.e. you won’t have to search for your keys anymore).

62. DREAM?
It is August now. I did not update for almost 2 weeks. Readers, thank you for waiting. I wonder who can admit and post in my cbox, saying that he/she is one of the reader of my blog? Hmm.. In order to make my blog more interesting, i cannot blog so often, right? HAHA! so that the readers will see my blog again and again for any new updates. Unfortunately, i don't see readers interested on my blog. Perhaps there are a few numbers of them. But, i can count them by my 10 fingers, i guess so.
So, why time is so important for people? I hope everyone has a chance to go back to time. 1 chance is more than enough. If people have this opportunity, will it be good or bad? People will choose to make the same mistakes, or people will change? For me, i would be one of the people who will change for better. If i have this chance, i will be a better person. I did mistakes, mistakes on many things. The problem is, without this chance to get back to time, is it possible for me to make changes in life? Certainly, yes.
I have no 100% confidence in myself. I am scared of this, scared of that for no apparent reason. This make me feel guilty. Anyway, I tried my best to make changes. Changes that make me and everyone feel better. Therefore, i should be happy for myself, shouldn't i?
Dream, dream, dream. I shall never dream. I shall only turn dreams into reality, and live meaningfully.

Just the 3rd week of the SEMESTER 2. I can already 'SMELL' the stress ~ Tons of homework for only 4 subjects. But it's good lar actually. We do more practices and we will improve. BUT same daily routine. What to do? LOL... and the most important thing is ...

Are you joking with me? My first thought. It was incredible. Nobody wanted to lose in that match but finally John Isner was the better player and he won the match. There was a prize giving ceremony specially for the two players and the umpire for the longest match played on the court and in the tennis history itself. Great stuff!
